We completely agree with this comment. We have out standing health and safety issues which have been outstanding since the day we moved in which is two years ago. They constantly pretend that they are unavalable to talk to so someone else has to take the flack all the time. I have never dealt with a company that are so unreliable and so disorganised. As said above I really wouldn't bother leaving a message as they won't get back to you, and they certainly won't help. We are currently thinking the only thing to do is to contact the council and report them.
They have recently change the name of the company so they are currently antony hamilton?? I think! But as we have not been informed of this or their relocation, this is only what I have been told.

This company are truly appalling, they never call you back no matter how many times they promise they will, they are disorganised, incompitent, lazy and just try to lie their way through every day. You virtually have to threaten them with legal proceedings before they get off their backsides and do what they told you they were going to do in the first place. Avoid this company at all costs.

We have bought through Rightmove and also just sold through them as we found the service to be excellent. Roger was very polite and helpful, always knew at what stage our house sale was and was excellent at the post sale chasing of solicitors and keeping up to date with what was going on with the chain. Will definitely use again, if we ever decided to move again that is. Highly recommend.

Showed us many houses even before they really come to market. Found us an excellent house with huge rooms and close to town. Best of all, Collins in Rightmove did not insist and nag until we agree for full price or nearer and we bought the place 7grand lesser. The director there is the most polite person I've ever met and helped us settle in our home even after exchanging contract. The best. I mean it!
