   What a joke! Put in a low offer to start proceedings Shamble Hurst Lane South. They dismissed it and didn't approach seller. Rude and obnoxious so didn't bother putting in 2nd offer. Stay clear.

   Richmonds have provided myself and Cathy with 5 star service in selling our property. Despite our property taking around 9 months to sell, Richmonds persistence in finding us potential buyers was relentless. Nathan, Patrick and Glen were always contactable for advise on the matter in hand, even once by text message 11.30 at night! I would definitely recommend you sell your property through Richmonds as they do deliver on their promises.

   Well, where do I start. These guy's are brilliant! Sadly, our first buyer pulled out due to telling porkies at the mortgage company. Within a week it was sold again, even in 'squeeze'. Both Glenn and Patrick were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, Patrick even turned out when he was unwell. How's that for dedication to duty, some cynics will say 'he's getting well paid for it' but he was there, on time a with a smile on his face. I was kept right up to date with everything that was going on, a report back from each viewer, positive and negative. Kevin was also very good at keeping me up to speed. He answered all questions, and believe me, there were a lot. I was moving abroad, so they knew how important it all was to bring it in on time, and they did, with a little help from my purchaser. All in all Richmond's staff were absolutely terrific. I have and will continue to recommend them.

   I bought and sold through Richmonds and received a highly professional level of service in both respects. Although they are a small independent, they easily outperformed the larger and more established agents I dealt with (particularly Fox & Sons and Clarke Mews, who were both poor in comparison). They were spot on with the valuation and completely honest from the start. They generated a decent number of viewings on my property, despite a tough market, and I could always be assured of a prompt response in terms of feedback afterwards.    They would only allow me to view a property once they had shown all of their own vendors around so that they could create their own chain of sales. Very untrustworthy.

   Excellent discussion and advice at valuation. Kept me in the picture at every stage and in between (and I was selling from long distance). Very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. Would recommend with no hesitation.

   The veiwings were professionally managed and our needs were well considered before properties were put forward to be viewed.Once the offer was accepted, I received regular updates throughout the purchase process which helped de-stress a stressful process.

    Terrible service, late to viewings, lies about offers and refuses to pass on offers to the vendor.

    Would not sell, buy or let through them as I would feel cheated.
