   A 5* rating isn't enough to describe the amazing friendly, helpful, proactive and professional service that Richard Worth provided me with. They literally picked up a most difficult situation involving my previous tenant and previous letting agent - the situation being made even more difficult due to me being abroad.

   They had a strong database of clients and were quickly able to schedule in viewings. They provided me with constant updates. I'm convinced that my property was let so quickly due to the advice and suggestions they gave me.

   They were most helpful every step of the way and I truly feel my property and I are in very good hands!

   Richard Worth’s sales team helped us right from the start. They arranged viewings quickly and handled our offer professionally. As we progressed from the sale through to the exchange, Richard Worth really were proactive. They gave us regular progress updates and ironed out any issues. We felt a lot more confident going through the house buying process with their help.

   Richard Worth took a lot of the stress out of the house buying process throughout the whole lifecycle from initial research on their website right the way through to completion (even courtesy calls afterwards!). They provided a dedicated home move manager who my wife and I were able to call or email about any queries we may have. The service was invaluable, especially during the most stressful period prior to exchange and finalising completion. We found the sales team very knowledgeable and approachable and there location in central Wokingham was ideal to be able to pop in and get quick answers to urgent issues. Also of great values was the survey and inspections that could be organised using their team of qualified contractors that have provided great service to them on multiple properties over many years.

   Whenever I see one of their bill boards I know the house is going to be over-valued and not sell for months and months. They must simply overvalue and then the vendor loses out in the long term. Personally I think they should be called "Richard-its-not-worth-it"!

   I bought a house through Richard Woerth, dealing with one of the Directors, and the service was so terrible the vendor asked me to deal directly with him and by pass the agent (although he very begrudingly paid there fee's). It's also disconcerting to see they have closed not one but two offices in a short space of time.

   Very worried for others as I instructed this company to sell my home in Sandhurst as they seemed okay with cheap fees, then their office suddenly closed. They told me this was because the lease for the shop had run out which is plausable and my house would be dealt with by their Crowthorne branch. Within weeks this shop had also closed!!! And Bracknell would be selling my house. I switched to Romans who have now sold my house in Sandhurst who I should have gone to straight away.

   As a new landlord to their lettings department, I have found Richard Worth to be polite and efficient and able to organise management issues quickly, without too much involvement from myself.

   Would you use the agent again? No

   Very poor and very little communication once sale agreed. Demands for progress in the sale rather than following a process. No interest in where we where with the sale or our situation just wanted to complete as quickly as possible for them. Purely selfish.
   No defined process or consultation as to what would happen after the offer was accepted.
