I would not use the agent again

This must be by far the worst estate agent in South Kensington! Do not waste your time instructing them. They constantly look as if they are closed (saving electricity), the office is messy, staff have no clue about marketing or selling properties. If you want to see an awful window display go and see White Estates. If you want to see what web sites once looked like - visit their web site. If you want to experience very bad estate agents - go and visit White Estates. If you want to sell your property - pass on these guys and sell through any other estate agency.
They wasted my time, cost me money and didn't sell my property. Nothing professional about them and I've reported them to the ombudsman! White Estates is a disgrace to an industry which hasn't got a good reputation in the first place.
