I would not use the agent again

We arranged a viewing with Castle for a property for 5pm. We arrived early and waited over an hour with no contact from any agent. We tried to call the office which was closed. When we called the next day they claimed to have left a voicemail which we never received to say they didn't actually have the keys for the flat having already called to confirm the viewing that day.
We were then told we would receive the first viewing when they received the keys. I now see the let has been agreed without word to us that they had the keys.
I had also emailed on numerous occasions about different properties with questions and the only response I ever received was the property was still available with no response to the questions I had asked.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of service provided to prospective tenants.
Definitely wouldn't be advising anyone to use.
