I would not use the agent again
- Services:
- Lettings (as a Landlord)
They don't pay landlors their rents even when they have received it.
When you call them typical answer is "Manager who writes cheques is not there".
Never use them.

Yeah, they did the same to me held onto the rent and when I called them got this answer: Manager who writes cheques is not there, or call back tomorrow.
I agree they are cheaters and I will never use again!

Did you get the rent that the owed you as the same as happened to my brother ?
