I would not use the agent again

I have not known this company to be even acceptable in their service delivery in 5 years. Two years on we still await final fire damage repairs to our bin store. It took a year to get new wheelie bins. I can't even get them to respond to my request to send me details so that I can pay my service charge so what hope is there?? They ignore all correspondence by whatever means and emailing PA to MD has also not responded.
