Please avoid this company at all costs!!!
Is it possible to leave a review of less than terrible? Firstly I wanted to rent my house out last October and enlisted a couple of agents to market my property for me, Mann co said they had found the perfect tenants for me yet this fell through the night before the move for certain reasons. I kept having to nag the manager and lettings agent for feedback, leaving messages and nobody getting back to me, poor communication between staff at every step of the way.
I then decided to stop marketing my property with man co and not let it out as the whole process was made far too complicated, since then I have realised Mann co authorised my energy supply to switch from n power to eon despite the fact I NEVER even rented my house out! I've got a £290 energy bill and a huge phone bill trying to sort this mess out. I'll be on the phone to the agents first thing in the morning to vent my total disgust and anger that they were employed to make my life easier in renting my house out and managing the rental for me when in fact this was never achieved and I'm a far lot worse off for ever coming into contact with them.
