I would not use the agent again

Services:: Lettings (as a Tenant)

Unprofessional, aggressive and unreasonable. I didn't have a choice with these agents (my landlord changed management companies part way through my lease), but sorely wish I did. Avoid at all costs.

As a tenant you're always in the wrong. Note they are not a member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).
