I would not use the agent again

I recently had my house surveyed by these. The 1st thing to say is they said there was no offroad parking which is untrue. I recently had my driveway block paved they found cracks in cement work which were settling cracks, they also said the downstairs WC had signs of leaking. If they looked more carefully they would have seen a new stoptap under the sink.

They under priced our house by 20,000 pounds. The story goes on and now we have lost the sale of our property. I will be advising the next people to keep clear of this company.
