I would not use the agent again

Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs. Tenant not who they said she was. Rent paid to them not passed on for months, with unexplicable fees deducted which did not match what was agreed. No understandable breakdown of charges. They don't follow anything verbally agreed up in writing, despite requests for written confirmations. Never return calls or respond to emails. Further unexplained deductions from tenant's deposit. Made formal complaint, which true to form has been ignored. We've referred the case to the property ombudsman.

email IMRAN.KAHN@morganrandall.com and HARPAL.SIRA@morganrandall.com directly. the fee structure is certainly never communicated during the onboarding process. you'd simply walk away if it was.
