Good evening,
Again as you may or may not be aware, another appointment was arranged by your colleague (Tim) to meet and view 68 Milton Street at 3 pm with a follow on viewing at Peveral Way. Again, on arrival at the arranged time and waiting for 20 mins. there was no show from your agency.
You can appreciate how disappointed and more-so how disgusted we felt as potential buyers having travelled from Milton Keynes to receive the same lack of service as we did the previous Sunday. There was no telephone call from the negotiator to let us know what happened to prevent the viewings taking place.
I will be making an official complaint to your regional office as this type of customer service is certainly not accepted to either a vendor or seller. It is essential to let you know the course of action I intend to take.
Regrettably, I will ensure that your branch is not recommended to any potential vendor or seller based on the experiences we have had.
Overall experience from both agents, an unsatisfactory service.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have made contact with us if unable to attend viewings. This would certainly have been appreciated- saving time and money insofar as travelling to Northampton to Milton Keynes and back. A telephone call could also make it possible to confirm another time for viewings and would make the agency be seen as more professional.Attached Filesnbsp;

Sold the property in 4 days. Warren worked very hard sorting out what was a difficult experience with solicitors on both sides.
They kept me informed and chased buyers/solicitors etc. daily.
Always had a friendly and professional manner.
I would definitely use them again.
