I would not use the agent again

Be very wary of what they say to you. Had an offer accepted on a property to buy. Got the survey, got to exchange and then got gazumped. Tried to find out why, countless phone calls ignored. Was then told I would need to offer another 5k at least. Just couldn't trust anything they said. Walked away

I agree, they are rubbish, late with appointments and never return a call.

I agree completely - stay well away from this estate agent. They answer the phone, never return calls respond to emails or do anything correctly.
