I would not use the agent again

- Lettings (as a Tenant)
Awful estate agent.
Didn't pass on several month's rent to landlord, then said that they had also "lost" the deposit. Landlord sacked the agent. Despite this, 6 months later Jackons then sent us a letter saying that the rent was going to go up.
No matter how fantastic the property, I would never use them again.

As one of the Directors of Jacksons it is important to me that we are not seen in the same light as other 'typical estate agents'. To this end we work very hard on our customer satisfaction and we also invite all those who move in to a property we rent, or buy or sell through us too complete a customer satisfaction report. I am one of the landlords who didn't get paid, I am still seeking to get funds back - amazingly the company went out of business and is still trading yet deposits and rent lost, they used a motto "let but not let down by..." should read "let and we ran off with the cash...so let and goodbye"
