Will happily rent you somewhere but you'll have a battle if anything goes wrong. They fix nothing and accept liability for nothing.

Belvoir Grantham - all the negative reports above is true. Unprofessional, incompetent and absolutely unbelievable.

Belvoir Dundee raised the rent and sent us a letter without the landlords knowledge or consent. And 3 times we found our door opened from the garden back door in the morning when we first moved in!! So beware if you have little ones. They have keys and will use them without your knowledge. Who knows whether there home inspectors have criminal records or not.

Little surprised by the comments of Maj, but would like to investigate further as this has never been reported to us. We only access properties with the tenants agreement and inspections are notiifed in advance in writing. If you have an issue please contact the branch directly and ask for your issue to be passed to the branch manager. I will investigate and respond.

Nick, you never sent us anything in 4 years by letter, even though we wrote in several times. I actually recall you, the manager, yelling at my husband over the phone about the nerve we have trying to make things difficult for you by writing in. Oh and I was actually home when 1 of your agents tried opening my door without notice. Citizens Advice office are activelly collecting complaints about your office and illegal entry into properties without tenant consent. Good luck.
