He is a liar.You can't believe him..When you have to take the flat, he will do all the false promises with additional AMUL Butter added on it and once you are trapped , He makes sure not to give any time for any issues you are facing at your home. Regarding Deposit, If you are expecting that to be returned back to you then ...Well He treats the tenanats in the way , that tenant automatically gets the feel that he is not going to get the deposit back , so tenant eventually prepares his mind over a period of time and CELEFEST Do never return the Deposits.

I am currently staying in flats rented from Celefest.
There services is pathetic, never attend calls and provide any kind of service. When leaving the property will make sure that they return to me every penny from my Deposit.
