I would not use the agent again

Services:: Lettings (as a Landlord)

Lost keys, gave wrong information about moving in dates to tenant and myself, witheld deposit for very long time, not refunded my agreement fee as promised, did not refund me on a tenant's deposit who subsequnetly absconded, no response from them and complaints not responded to. If you have the same problem go straight to the ARLA website to complain.
