I would not use the agent again

I agree with Roger. Ace are extrmemely unprofessional. They never return calls and do not provide the service they say they will. They constantly give different excuses depending on who you talk to. I would also rather pay double than use them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Hi there,
I had a similar problem with ace but eventually i was called and they were being very helpful and apologetic. And did explain that they are extremely busy and for the inconvenience that was caused to my self i was compensated. The amount to be exact was
