Haart

Beware: Haart valued my property 3 weeks ago. I told them that I was having other valuations and would not make a decision for 7 days, from the day after it was valued I have had 4 phone calls and a card through the post promising all sorts of fairy dust, like 'we have clients interested in your property'. However when I offered them my property to sell after such a claim was made (the day after the valuation!) there were miraculously no interested buyers without a full marketing campaign!! Each time they phone I demand that they do not contact me again as they are rude and unprofessional. I don't know what language one has to use to make them understand that I will never use them to sell my house! Also, before Haarts reply and call this a proactive approach it is actually the telephone equivalent of doorstepping prospective clients and should be stopped!
