If there was a negative feedback provision, I would have given it -100. Meet the guy named ****** at Wembley Park branch. This person is a real living example of worst customer communicator with height of impoliteness and attitude.

I wanted to view a property, for that they called me at their Wembly Park branch office, saying they will take me to the property from their office. So I drove and parked my car near their office. The agent took me in his car from his Wembly Park branch office. After showing me the property, with the most disgusting and irritating nonprofessional talks and approach, he asked me to go back to his branch office by myself. I was all stranded and had no clue how to reach back home. I could have been easily asked to drive directly to the property for viewing in the first phase, if he was going to be so rude. And the worst of all he told me to just walk off from the place upon my request to leave me back to his branch office, asking me does he look like a driver? All this was proudly demonstrated in front of another client who came for viewing too.

I feel very sorry and disappointed that I ended up meeting such a horrible agent. Hence, I never wish to see "Ellis & Co" any more now for any lettings and sales in future. All I can say to this agent is, "bravo, well done!" for making a customer miserable and unhappy.
