I had to rent out my property quickly as I was moving overseas and Ludlow were very quick and efficient. A tenant was found the first day the property went on the market and everything afterwards was done speedily and with ease. Ludlow were very accomodating to my timescales and very responsive.
I also like the Ludlow website where I can access information on my property, the viewings that took place and view all the scanned documents relating to the tenancy and lettings contracts.
