I have the worst, arrogant and prejudiced service from this branch. They have favoured a second buyer who came in after me, offering LESS money. My higher offers for the property have not been entertained by William H Brown. The whole process has been farcical from start to finish with William H Brown staff playing God, in what should be a regulated, legally binding process of selling a repossessed property. Arrogant, jumped up administrators who should not be let loose on innocent people trying to buy a home.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Treat me like a human being.

The agent that did my valuation was very good and helpful with advice. Unfortunately the property was listed as just the lowest of the guide price not the range. I had to contact the branch to ask them to correct this error. Otherwise everything else ...
