I would not use the agent again

Don't ever use the St Albans branch. Oh no you can't any more because it seems that the proprietor stole all the deposits and my months rent and got off on her toes. Response from Belvoir was that they are all franchises so each one is responsible, they aren't. Ho hum.

One more down and a many more to go. Incredible how Belvoir sing and dance about how selective they are about the franchisees they select and the training etc. How many have folded/been investigated now? What I find funny is the occasional very general post giving R! 5 stars just to keep them off the front page of this web-site which shows the worst agents in the country. I am sure some provide good customer service but quite suspect that the posts may well be a little "fabricated"?
