I would not use the agent again

I was set-up by this people. They did not meet their deadlines to deliver the tenancy contract, so I could move on time, and they never refunded my holding fee. Don't trust them.

Dear Sir/Madam,
You have made a very serious accusation with your comments and if you are correct in your statement then you clearly have a claim for the refund of holding deposits paid. As you are aware when you made the offer you would have signed an offer document which would have outlined your offer and the terms of business. If you failed to adhere to the terms of business or did not perform any of your obligations then the terms clearly set out what the implications of this are and we make this very clear. You cannot make false offers and not perform on your obligations as this is just a waste of everybody's time including the landlords for whom we work for. We do not aim to make money from retained holding deposits as this is not anywhere near what our standard fees for performing the letting would be. We operate a firm yet fair policy for all to ensure that the offer system is not abused.
If we truly set you up and kept your money you have a very strong case both legally and for the ombudsman whom we are a member of and would therefore ask why you have not taken any of these steps and decided instead to anonymously write a review under the alias of '
