I would not use the agent again

Services:: Lettings (Prospective customer)

This is my experience: They are terrible. They are not helpful at all. They keep avoiding the situation of telling you that you are not good enough to rent a house.They keep saying they would call you and don't do at all. Then you end up calling them back and they keep saying the same thing (there's another people willing to pay more money than the money they advertised the property for). They are not professionals at all.
