We have used Belvoir Kettering for over 2 years in Kettering. They are always helpful and professional in the manner they have let our properties. Would always recommend Harpreet and his fantastic team

Have you tried to move out yet? They're only nice until then...

But you are not a tenant!!! They will be great for you as you are paying them!

I'm a landlord but also have a training company for letting agents who want to undertake training (most of them need to!).
I did use Belvoir Kettering/Desborough office who to be fair found me a decent enough tenant after another agent had not been able to do so.
The problem was they used an old correspondence address they had cloned from the Land Registry two years ago when they were trying to poach the business away from another agent at the time, and which no longer applied. They didn't even notice all my e-mails had my correct address on every one!
They forwarded the references by post to the wrong address and gave a pathetic excuse that the computer didn't show anything differently, and they were far too lazy to note the correct one on my e-mails.
The person I dealt with told me her car was broken down so I had to retrieve the references myself after 6 days which I charged them for, but which they said they 'couldn't pay', but I deducted it anyway. Couldn't another member of staff have done something?
When I asked for their invoice for their introduction fee to be sent, where did it go? Yes, you've guessed it - to the previous incorrect address.
Tenants often are ignorant and make adverse comment that is unwarranted, but equally so, agents get away with poor service basically because they too are lacking in sufficient knowledge to be able to manage effectively, and the cracks soon appear when they have to deal with somebody who has greater knowledge than they have. Bear that in mind.
