I would not use the agent again

I almost entered into a letting agreement with this company but after paying a holding deposit for a property I couldn't get a phone call returned. Whilst waiting for the return call which never happened I googled customer reviews for this company and as a result of what I read here and the fact I called 3 times and they didn't call me back, I called the whole thing off. I emailed ***** to inform her of why I was prepared to lose
