I have to chase almost every month for the rent to be paid to me and they never give a proper explanation why they don't pay on time.
Rebecca is very poor at replying to emails and claims to be off sick even when her manager told me she was in the office for 2 days after receiving my request for my money.
They didn't get my property cleaned in between tenants as they are contractually obliged to do.

Similar experiences - poor service, slow response etc. Have you found a better managing agent? It seems like there are a lot of cowboy agents in East London judging by comments on this site.
