We are extremely sorry to hear of your experience. It is unfortunate that you didn't bring this to the attention of the branch manager at any point as this issue could have been resolved immediately. This is not a true representation of the company and its values as customer service is taken extremely seriously and anyone found to not be adhering to the strictest of company standards would be subject to disciplinary procedures. As you did not bring it to anybody's attention and have decided to anonymously voice this complaint under the name of '
