Just like to add that we moved out our flat in feb08 and they've still not paid our bond, which is 3,300. After hundreds of pounds spent trying to call them, we found that they've moved offices and changed telephone numbers which only puts you through to a voice message.... Yeah too scared to answer the phone!!! We want to sue but not even sure where to send the claim to.... Registered address has changed........ aaarrrrggghhhh!!!!

has anyone successfully received their bond back recently? they currently owe us a large amount and we have tried various avenues to try and get our money back but to no avail. if anyone has any details please comment.

They never paid back my money for more than a year....in excess of 1500 GBP.....someone must know what we can do about it! This is just unacceptable....CHEATS they are! Can we not take a cohesive action?
