Dear Sir/madam,
It is not quite clear what your grievance is and what your circumstances are and neither have we received any proceedings so we are unable to identify you as a client however, if you would like to contact us via customerservices@morganrandall.com we would be more than happy to look into the matter. Please note that we have a complaints procedure which we adhere to and can be made available upon request. If your complaint is not dealt with in a satisfactory manner you also have the option to escalate your complaint to the property ombudsman for letting agents of whom we are a member. The property ombudsman is a third party independent adjudicator and they take complaints as seriously as we do.
Unfortunately when you choose to raise a grievance on a third party website via an anonymous username, there is little that we can do to help or determine the genuine nature of the complaint, as there is no way of validating the authenticity of your complaint.
