Do not go near this agency with a barge pole.
Incompetent, unreliable and unprofessional. Altogether intolerable (Lauren Gray in particular)
Far too many problems to list here but they include; having to wait 2 months to get a contract drawn up (endless unanswered emails and phone calls); nothing ever got sorted in the property without CONSTANT hassle and now I'm moving out I have had to consult a solicitor in order to not have to pay their seemingly random requests on fees (
