I would not use the agent again

I took a house in West Drayton area in 2006-07. I returned to my country in MAY 2007. Even now 12th Jan 2008, after vacating the house in May 2007, still I have not been paid back the ADVANCE amount. Even after submitting the bills and required details on time, they are keep on saying the reasons and some times they don't respond the call. Even they are not responding any mail communication regarding this.
