I would not use the agent again

Very very young members of staff, went in to book a valuation and no one in the office had a pen, I had to lend them mine so that they could make an entry in their diary. Looks good from the outside but a whole different story once inside. Manager in his early twenties...says it all.

Age doesn\'t necessarily dictate experience or relevance of knowledge/advice provided. It\'s a shame that modern preconceptions within our society result in young people being judged in this way before they have a chance to prove their worth. The media\'s \'yob culture\' headlines don\'t really help, i suppose. The fact that you had a bad experience with them justifies your above comment, Paul, but it is unfair to generalise in such a way.
