I would use the agent again

I have rented a property through Castles and I could not ask for better service.
They made the process very easy for me and my flat mate. They guided us through the credit checks and got the property over to us on time.

Since moving into the flat it is reassuring to know they are just at the end of a phone. Any problems we have had have been dealt with quickly without any hassle to us.
