I would not use the agent again

I had an introduction agreement, i.e. one off payment to find a tenant. After the tenancy term Blackhorse Estates insisted on money to renew despite my agreement with them.

I am sure it was just a misunderstanding, they have been managing my properties for nearly two years now. And I have nothing bad to say. Keep it up guys.
