The worst estate agent I have ever used. The letting manager and staff even do not know how to send out emails. Totally disapointed. I'm sending complaint to TPO and waiting for the result.

The worst agents ever, apart from renting me a flat that is mouse infested have now after 2 years decided to tell me i owe them rent from 2 years back even though i have proof from them in sequence that they confirm on 2 different emails that all rents were paid, they say ohhh sorry that was a mistake we appologise but pay up now. THEY ARE RUDE AND UN ORGANISED . please dont use them or if you do make sure u get everything in writting that all is ok with your property and that there are no vermin
