I would not use the agent again

I rented a property through Inzo Fulham this year and they've since refused to refund my bond - even though the check-out inspection had a few things to be replaced. There reason? We can't get in contact with our old flatmate who moved out mid-lease - so they're refusing to release our bond.
They are truly in it for the landlord NOT the tenant. I call them and they never call back. Their customer service is appalling and unfortunately at this stage would not recommend them.
I'm currently waiting to hear back from them in the hope they rectify this mess they've caused - so i'll report back in!
