I would not use the agent again

More than keen to get you in the property. Once you're in, they are terrible. When I came to the end of my tenancy they were meant to call me when they wanted to bring people around. On at least three occasions they brought people in without telling me.
Returning the deposit was bad as well - almost a month to return the deposit.
When you call to check they say they'll call you back and of course they never do.
