I would not use the agent again

Very poor customer service on the phone, unclear not organised. Worse even lack of consideration and respect for prospective customers. Arranged a time, confirmed with landlord, re confirmed time, meeting point and person to meet and the leeting agent arrived over 30 minutes late.
