I would not use the agent again

Annesley Peers & Ware priced our property at the highest end of the potential rental. With the property now vacant for several months and the market having considerably quietened we feel better advice would have been to market the property at a lower price to get the property let.
Their 'negotiators' do not seem to negotiate on behalf of the landlord and for whom they act but perform the role of intermedioatory relaying any negotionation between the potential renter and landlord.
