I would not use the agent again

My boyfriend and I bought a property through Carsons only when due to exchange the sellers pulled out. Not the agents fault I know but the whole experience was awful. The salesman who we originally dealt with was lovely and had we dealt with him throughout the process I probably would be writing a whole different comment. However we were passed to the rudest, most abrupt woman in their company. We even asked the manager if we could not deal with her, but still we had a lot of contact with her. Even my solicitor and other agents did not want to deal with her because of her abruptness with them. One agent refused to take her calls!!! I believe in good customer service, and to treat people the way they'd like to be treated themselves, is it really that difficult? If I treated my customers the way she did I would be out of business. Because of this experience I would never use Carsons again and I having spoken to alot of my friends, family and my own customers they wouldn't either!!
