I would not use the agent again

I registered online with this agency and they called me at least twice a day every day after that until I eventually unsubscribed. I had an agent who suffered very badly with sarcasm and a bad attitude. The day I called to unsubscribe, they forgot to put me on hold and I heard the lady on the other end of the phone panick as she told her other collegue. She said "What sha'll we do, she's not going to deal with us." Very dodgy, money grabbing and desperate company.

Do not sign up, there are plenty of other agents out there. Good luck

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    It is not quite clear how you have arrived to your libelous comments. We would be extremely interested in finding out more about your experience to help us improve our systems. Finding a suitable property for our applicants is very important to our letting negotiators and we apologise if the negotiator you had contact with was overly eager to source you a property. Our negotiators work hard to find you something that fits your criteria and whilst the job role is vastly paid on a commission basis, all our staff are trained to the highest standards of customer service.
