I would not use the agent again

Terrible agency.
They "forgot" to mention the scaffoldings which were to come up on our house about 2 weeks after we moved in and took 2 months to come and fix a window.
They are unefficient, irresponsive and unethical.

The team here at Alwyne Estates do their best to provide a good service to both our landlords and tenants.
We take every review personally and would like the opportunity to discuss each individual bad review with each party so we can look into any problems which may have occurred in each particular case.
At Alwyne Estates we really appreciate everyone's honest feedback as if you do not tell us where you think we are going wrong or what we could be doing better we will never improve.
That said we currently manage over 250 properties, housing over 800 tenants and the amount of landlords that use us speaks for itself.
We would urge anyone reading these reviews to come in and visit us personally at the office, meet our team and make your own opinion.
