Richard did everything that is expected from an estate agent and even more. Since the first time we talked on the phone he came across as professional, friendly and keen to accommodate my needs.
He was always available to answer questions and clarify any doubts. He was always happy to show me again and again the property and he was always treating me with a smile.
I have to admit that he is the most professional agent I have come across in terms of his professionalism and friendliness.
