I would not use the agent again

We had a pest problem in a flat due to an unmaintained property by the landlord. We were initially asked to pay for it and then after threatening them legally they gave way. We were forced to live in a rat infested property and no word about any compensation.
Horrible people to deal with if there is a problem!

I am sorry that you feel we have let you down. I know of one issue with pests which did take a considerable time to resolve for many issues including the way the tenants lived in the property. As per the terms the tenancy agreement, which will have been signed before the commencement, Pest control is the responsibility of the tenant. If you send me an email with further details, including the address of the property concerned, I can look into this matter further for you.
