I would not use the agent again

Lamington Residential Lettings, although courteous and efficient initially, become very illusive when it came to recovering my deposit.
I received a letter two weeks after leaving the flat with some of the most outrageous charges I have ever seen including

Lamington is an awful company - as a landlord don't deal with them - I can only imagine what they are like for tenants.
