Heritage Property

I cannot thank the staff in the Heritage Property office in Newbold Street enough, especially Marc for his help beyond the call of his normal duties. We have been trying for a while to secure a 1 bed flat for our son in Leamington. He has just started working as a first year doctor at the Walsgrave Hospital and has no time to search or view during normal hours. Having seen a property advertised by Heritage we immediately made an appointment and arraged to view early the next day, viewded the property and placed a deposit straight away. However, our son needed to see the property himself to enable the let to proceed. Marc agreed to stay late to allow him to visit the flat in the evening and then even gave him a lift back to the hospital to allow him to complete his shift! Our situation was treated with full understanding and all efforts were made to ensure that we achieved the outcome and objective that we required.
