From the very start of my search and selection of the flat the staff were most helpful. All was set timely and effectively.
During my tennancy I have had no problems to report and whenever taccess to the property is needed (for maintenance check-ups or routine boiler checks for example) the agent always alerts me in due time and the workers are accompanied by a member of staff from the agency.
Renewal of the contract for another period was easily set up.
