I would not use the agent again

They didn't sell it - Taylors did - much more professional and on the ball. Connells are asleep

I have been trying to deal with Connells over the last few weeks, and had some "trouble", so have done some digging among friends who have moved recently. The one story that crops up every time is "Connells are crap, used Taylors in the end".
